  • Uploaded photos — images you submit for vocabulary analysis.
  • Learning data — language preferences, saved words, Word Book entries, and usage history needed to provide the Service.
  • Technical data — browser type, approximate region (for language defaults), and basic analytics such as page views and feature clicks.
  • Payment data — if you purchase optional packages, payment processing is handled by Stripe or other providers; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use your information to:

  • Analyse photos and generate vocabulary, translations, explanations, illustrations, and audio
  • Maintain your account, Word Book, and language settings
  • Improve reliability, security, and product quality
  • Respond to support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

3. AI processing

Photos and text you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini or DeepSeek) solely to generate learning content for you. Do not upload sensitive personal documents or images you are not comfortable sharing for analysis.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use essential cookies and session storage to keep you signed in, remember language preferences, and maintain upload state. These are required for core functionality.

5. Data retention

We retain account and Word Book data while your account is active. Uploaded images may be stored temporarily to complete analysis and display results. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with Google sign-in, Telegram, Stripe, and cloud AI providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective privacy policies.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption in transit and restrict access to production systems. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Your rights
